Paul Parker
Senior Partner
Paul has been working in fisheries since 1997. Paul formed the Cape Cod Fisheries Trust raising $4M to launch a non-profit seafood permit bank that is widely recognized as a triple bottom line success and is the foundation for the Catch Together program. Paul worked as a crewman on jig, longline, gillnet, scallop and lobster boats from 1996-2011 and maintains strong relationships with fishermen and fishing organizations around the US. Paul earned a BA in Biology from Cornell University and a Masters of Environmental Management from Duke University.
Erica Boyce
Senior Partner
Erica is based in the Boston area and began working with Paul to build and document its successes in 2013. She is trained in conflict resolution and enjoys using those skills to work with fishermen and help them build community capacity. She was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2013. She holds a BA in Environmental Studies and English from Dartmouth College and a JD from Harvard Law School.
REBECCA KERN
Junior Partner
Rebecca joined the Catch Together team in 2023. With a background in finance and wealth management, she brings a unique perspective to problem-solving, relishing in creative solutions. Her passion lies in collaborating with our coastal fishing organization partners and witnessing fishermen thrive. She earned a BS in Business from American University.
